They have had similar promotions since 2018, that's two years of paying people. If they wanted to walk away they should have before they were granted a very costly licence.
Now they need to perform costly audits like a bank.

Not yet but the requirements to get the 20$ bonus is a bit suspicious. 100$ is high amount of money , for one to deposit in a new wallet . someone though claimed that it has been on for 2018 .

You have to make the transaction in EUR or USD, so I think you can't using crypto currencies.
Regarding the withdraw, you have to do manually after you will received the bonus.
