This is not the link for that airdrop. The link is for a faucet named Konstantinova. But, there is still no proof of payment for the Airdrop you have stated of. They require the users to send 0.0093 eth to withdraw the Eth from the telegram bot. But, may be it's a scam. One user has stated that he has sent the ethereum, but did not receive anything in return.

So, it could be a scam!

Seen many fake giveaways or airdrops like this , I never even tried these kind of airdrop . It's a completely scam airdrop trying to take away the money from innocent people.
