I think this is the goodness of crypto currencies. By that time he only mined approximately $1.8 dollars worth of bitcoin and now he will be getting like thousands of dollars just for 11 years of storing.

Indeed this worth the time he spent holdl the coins . Many people had enough opportunity similar to his own but they threw it away .

Yeah, many people never took bitcoin serious as at then because they never thought bitcoin could go farer like how it has done. Even in 2017 when bitcoin crashed, someone started crying for selling his 1700 BTC for 0.6 dollars in 2010.

Well , as for me even if Bitcoin falls below $10,000 I will only have to be patient for it to rise back again . I won't give in to panic sell .

Yeah, as at now almost all the holders have learned the lessons those in the early days made and wouldn't like to do any panic sale because of short term price fluctuations.

There are still new adopters of bitcoin who thinks that short term investment is the best form of investment . They are the ones affecting price of bitcoin

I don't really know the reason behind the moving and at this time. All I can say he has the got to have allowed the bitcoin to remain there for such long.

Yeah. I think the reason can also be attributed to the fact that he has forgotten such amount or his login details until now. I doubt if he intentionally kept it .

Hmm, that's a plus for the miner who accumulated such huge amount of Bitcoin over such period of time. That's the reward for patience and perseverance. I've always believed in long time investment plan than short term one.
Indeed he was a patient man . Not every person will holdl this bitcoin even after the time of hitting a new all time high of $22k . His patience paid out .

About time he harvest the fruits on his efforts before and I can't believe he waits that long despite previous rise of Bitcoin he was able to hd himself back

You're there, not everyone will holdl Bitcoin up to the lengthy time he kept it on the wallet. His type is rare, cos they'll be cashing out when it manages to hit $0.10 per token when it was $0.08 per token.
That's what happened with most miners before specially when Bitcoin finally hits a dollar they might already be hyped.. this man is rare.. patience is legendary

The boldness and the risk taking ability is what distinguishes successful people from those that are not successful. No guy ,no glory

Some newbies still don't get the strategy. I think if they want to do short term investment, the best thing is to invest on the altcoins because they bring much returns in the short term.

Sure but they won't be able to know the altcoin with great potential for a rise. They may end up investing in shit coins

I think she was a very patient investor. It's great that she has a serious presence now, thanks to the fact that she hasn't moved for such a long year, hasn't taken any action.

Yeah, you are right. But some of them even if you tell them to invest in any coin apart from bitcoin, they don't mind and when I asked one of newbie friend why, he told me because he has never heard of the goodness of the coin l was recommending, he only wants to invest in bitcoin.

Yes, many didn't really think much of bitcoin when they mined initially, they just took their chances, and now they cannot access the coins because they have long forgotten about it. It must be a whole other level of FOMO for people like this.

Yeah, bitcoin growth actually surprised a lot of people. But then their mistakes they made are now the lessons we should learn and focus much on the long term with bitcoin investment.

Sure and they will be regretting their actions now . One thing is to invest in something ,another is to give in everything we have to it .
