Furthermore, ensure that you always have regular backups of any website that you host with 000webhost. My last experience was 000webhost was a few years ago. I had a forum hosted with them and unfortunately, I logged in one day to find my forum gone. Logging into the backend, I find that 000webhost has removed my site without warning and unfortunately without a recent backup, I lost a large majority of the site. I never did find out why my forum was removed, it was the last time I ever used 000webhost though and the reason why I started using paid hosting.

I have to say that, before that particular experience, my thoughts of 000webhost were great and I would have happily recommended it to anyone. So don't let that one experience put you off.

I have read very good reviews about this free hosting site .A lot of rated it 4 star because their server is badly down and it speed it okay.it quite popular as well.I think the ads showing on ones site is associated with most free hosting site.So you can go for them.

I have tried 000webhost before. I think it is okay for startup bloggers/web developers because it does not cost any amount.

It may be perfect for beginners but the cons of using free service of 000webhost is that your website sleeps for an hour in a day which really sucks, I have experienced with my website hosted at 000webhost i.e.

000webhost is a bad host in general. It is fun for a school project, but nothing more.
It was the only host I tried that continuously oversold the servers, even the paid ones. The fact the site goes to sleep for a hour is also weird. They did not used to do that a few years back. But since they got taken over by hostinger it is getting worse and worse.

Im going to be that guy and say you should always buy hosting. If you do your research you can get hosting for a price lower than that of cup of coffee. Well worth saving yourself the headaches the free hosting will get you.

Oh, 000webhost. Takes me back a bit.
They're not bad. Wouldn't say they're good, but equally I have no real reason to say they're bad. They're OK in a production environment, as long as you don't get many visitors, and absolutely fine as a testing environment. However, the best hosting is paid for hosting. Don't skimp on hosting, especially in a more intensive production environment. You could just run a server by yourself, either using a proper computer or even something like a Raspberry Pi will do (the Pi Zero, the cheapest they offer, is literally only £4.80, but the one I recommend at minimum is the Pi 3B, which is around £30). Just make sure your internet speeds are up to scratch.

I'm just using it to test websites scripts , Its popular but I don't like it like before, because they are better hosting services with cheaper price and more friendly and clear Control panel .

I think for testing and finding out the script before going live, you can use this host. And most of the things on it are free. The database and hard disk space limit is a bit non assuring. So you may have to eventually move to paid hosting as it is. And the site being property of hostinger. I can tell you in terms of the service it's not bad but free plans are limiting.

My personal experience with 000webhostapp after using it for few months have been positive
As a free member you can host and create up to 2 sites per account which is fine enough
It is still something you should only consider if you're starting up as it has a lot of limitations including the daily hourly downtime alongside sometimes slow server speed issues
Still works well for small personal projects

Yes they do have limited cpanel accounts under single account. But the way it works is definitely a good thing. Like for the amount of resources it takes for the free hosting. I know that they are acquired by the big company like hostinger. But they seem to be getting better with server side and there is less downtime.
