It also has sports betting! It wasn't there when I was in it before. It must have been created when I got locked out of 2FA. The site is good, but locked out, so there is no rescue, I never got reply.
 
I do not get the Spin part function ! If you win some coin in the spin , you are not able to withdraw unless you deposit the same coin and then play with the same coin and now still I can not withdraw because I do not know why ! So If they do not pay at all , why would they put this section ?

So play with them; after all, you get it for free. I used to play too; it used to increase my VIP level. The site that starts giving away withdrawal for free will not survive; everyone has some conditions.

I think you can try and open another with them, with different account details. Though I have not really won and cashed out any amount. Have you tried sending a mail to them to help you out with the lock out or you don't need the account anymore?
 
It is hard to get VIP status in any gambling platform, I was at VIP level 3, and was going to level 4 (to become eligible to get rain), but then I was locked out.
I have more than 150 DOGE in my previous account (I invested 1k DOGE).
I cannot afford on new account.

I am not good at playing , I lost the coins I deposit . I won 100 doge and I still have them but I lost my deposit in crash . That is the only game that I can play .

Its all Google 2FA, When my phone broke down, I moved to new phone, but Google 2FA did not supported it, and my account needs the Google 2FA numbe which is now not possible as there is no login in the 2FA feature.

I see . My phone has been factory rest and I lost some stuff for that . Can't you recover the 2FA at any chance?

No.
I tried all the available ways, asked many experts, but they have old ways to recover it, which do not work anymore. Google wanted to create top security, but with no chance of changing device.

Ask this who have experience, he is new that is why he put question first.
You may join it, but never complete Google 2FA, if you are locked, they won't help you.
