We can't exchange immediately, because the funds are in frozen mode

I installed the application through the qrcode that appeared on the exchange

I didn't make kyc for the tokens show up...

That's the same challenge i faced when I got the stage, I became discouraged but if the poster can enlighten us I could continue from there, I had forgotten until the thread bump up again.

I am also hoping that the person may tell us what solution there can be because I simply don't have a WiFi connection and hence use mobile Data only on my smartphone so how in the hell can I scan it with other device that also has net connection
