Filmora is one of the popular. most of the youtube usres are using this on their windows machine. for mac users there are many other options. but most of the windows users are using the filmora. and they seem to be liking the content. so that's another thing worth thinking about. i have not much spent the resources on the mac. so only budget software is camtasia and filmora. so worth taking a look if you are into videos.Thank you i know of camtasia but filmora is new to me. I will certainly check it out and make some comparison regarding their features before i will make a choice.
OBS is good when you want to go live on facebook live, youtube live and the twitch. there you can record and save. that is something you can definitely find it welcoming. i have not much seen the screen recording working for many people as well. I think the screen recorder can be something to be considered as well. I have not much managed on that point.. but I am guessing it's definitely something that is possible with the other apps too.Thank you all for your reply. Apowersoft comes with watermark, not too good, though it's free. I will check OBS and camstudio. I don't have money for paid softwares like camtasia and filmora now, though both seem to be good softwares.
I have not head of these two(bandicam and dxtory) anyway. Hopefully, these two are also free to use as i don't want to go for paid softwares atleast for now. I will also add this to my list and compare the features.I think bandicam and dxtory are the best for me, they are flexible, no lag while recording and freeware, you can use it even with a low pc.
I recommend them as they are the best for me.
I didn't know there is Facebook live + OBS option, just checked and indeed I can see the LIVE button under Publishing Tools - Videos. I also read you need to have many likes to have this feature. Pretty cool!OBS is good when you want to go live on facebook live, youtube live and the twitch.
OBS Studio is a good recording software and it's free. I'm using it in our office to record our application's behavior.Camtasia is on the top of the list. You can try OBS studio. I just read it on facebook that OBS studio is as good as camtasia but with additional features havent't try it by myself. You can check it.
They are freeware but I noticed the quality difference. so you may want to check that part out. I am sure there are some of the other applications which can be much better in that case. I guess we have to take a look at that part. some of the time screen recording software. I'd say paying for the camtasia definitely helps. And it can be a good option if you are planning for the long term recording option.I think bandicam and dxtory are the best for me, they are flexible, no lag while recording and freeware, you can use it even with a low pc.

The problem with camtasia is the cost, not good for everyone since, cash can be a problem sometimes. They are freeware but I noticed the quality difference. so you may want to check that part out. yes ,i was also finding same for my youtube journey;currently I'm using paid ones for vlogging;thankx !!!....I intend to create many video tutorials and upload them on Youtube to make money from views. So I need the best free screen recorder software which also have some editing features. What do you guys recommend?
i believe that screencast o matic would look ridiculous in 2020 especially that it was popular in the windows xp with its big watermark , however , i still recommend camtasiaI used to use Screencast-O-Matic which was really nice since it was free as well as having good features such as a circle highlighting the cursor and the clicks of the cursors, so yeah it was a good free option.
