You are right even i had this misconception that its only available for top tier countries but now even i am motivated to join this website as i guess we can earn that 2 dollars threshold soon to get paid from them. And also glad to see that they pay by PayPal.
sounds really good and at the same time you are right surveys are not open for all the countries around this world. I was interested but most of the survey sites don't work for me.

OpinionWorld is not available in my country. Membership is restricted to some countries only. They accept members from India. Maybe you can try. As for me I have no chance to earn over there.
That's horrible to say the least. They are accepting India but not Mauritius, wonder what could be the reason behind that as you are already not getting any task/survey from Streetbees as well. I will look at that in the coming days but i am not that good at surveys so i am not very excited ever to join any such website.
Sorry to know about that friend. Even i am not interested in earning any Gift cards or coupons as they never attract me. I will be motivated more with PayPal cash and seems like i will face the same situation, if i join this website. So i think i may not join this.
I am on clixsense but I have never for once gotten a survey from this site or perhaps I have forgotten. I think even if I get one, there is always a possibility of getting disqualified and even without disqualification points. Sad but I had to deal with it. I think signing up on the main site would surely pay better like you said.
