CutWin is a URL Shortener with a Different Concept, Where other URL Shorteners give you Interstitial Ads with PopUps which is very annoying to your users but in CutWin URL Shortener it will give you Banner Ads without PopUps so it is don't annoy your users.

=The CPM Rates is very high, upto $8.10 for 1000 views.

=The Withdrawal limit is also very low, you can withdraw your money when your account reaches $10 through Paypal, Payza, Bitcoin.

Good suggestion indeed thanks my friend for suggesting me this, I'm so much busy with other task that its not possible for me to try and i use free link shorteners like goo.gl and bit.ly

OK, let me rephrase that:

The screenshot above shows that there a payment requested 7 days ago which hasn't been paid up to this point, even though they are saying on their site "The payment is then sent to your PayPal account during business days no longer than 4 days after requesting."

So it might be paying with a delay or it might no be paying at all. I don't know, as I haven't received a payment yet :)

The Privacy of CutWin says it's take 10 Business Days to process Payments.
If you Don't get your Payment After 10 Days, Please Post a Screenshot with a Date, So i request the Admin to Move CutWin to Scam.

Hi,
I tried this cutwin hoping that no annoying and pop up ads, but when I hit Getlink button it opens a new tab of ads.
You have to close those tab to get you to your destination site which is for some people is confusing.
Do you know other url shortener that pays even just clicking a SKIP AD button then directs you to your destination site?
Even though if they have lowest cpm?

I too like to know the answer from cutwin because if this is such problem with it, then no reason to use it and make our visitors annoyed.

I recently reached 10$ withdraw mark, thanks a lot of all the referrals, it's can't be done without all you.
I request for Withdrawal through PayPal right now it's showing Pending. The Privacy of CutWin says it's usually take 10 Business days to Approve Withdraw.
So i am waiting for it, if they don't pay after the 10 Business Days, then i Contact Admin of BMF to move CutWin to SCAM and then don't waste your Time on this URL Shortener.
Here is withdrawal request i made:

Good to know you are taking care of website's paying status. We cannot promote a site which do not pays, but we can give them chance to complete payment. Cutwin Admin requested for 10 working days, this means holidays will not count.

CutWin is giving about 8.10$ - 2.70$ CPM rates.
I am getting about 2.70$ CPM rate.
But my most of the Earning from Referrals .
And still waiting for Payment.

cutwin is a link shortener site which also pay users, seeing this site for the first time but the reviews from most of the people are negative so its worth not to try.

That's why i am not using this as my main Url Shortener.
I got the Minimum withdraw Earnings through my Referrals which is 10$. Thanks to all my Referrals.

Now i assure that this is SCAM.

I withdraw on 12 DEC 2017. now 1 Jan 2018 and they don't process my payment.
The privacy policy says it don't take more longer than 10 business days to complete your Withdraw.
Already crossed more than 17 days but still don't get my payment.

feeling sorry for you to have wasted your time on this scam because, as we all know, time is money. but the good part is that at least we won't fall into this trap as well

Update
Recently I opened my Mail and I see I got Payment from Cutwin. CutWin 5.jpg

And then I opened my CutWin Account and I see there is an announcement in which the Admin writes all the members are paid by 24 Jan.

Here is a proof of summary of my PayPal account. Cutwin Really Pays. They are having some issues before so that's why they didn't pay before.
