I have been using PayPal as my only payment processor for the last five years or so. I am fully satisfied with the services and I never faced any negative experiences from them. In fact I don't trust other payment processors even if they do not charge any processing fees. I also have an account with Payza but the processing fee is quite high.

I think PayPal is like an Internet bank and the most trusted name in this field. It also blocked many PTC sites when there is any dubious activities begin to take place. But those steps are for the safety of members who can file a dispute and claim their hard earned money. So it seems that PayPal is always fair in their dealings.

I do understand your frustration because I had some problems on the site before but was finally resolved. However, calling it the worst company, I beg to disagree. There are worst than PayPal out there. PayPal at least became a bridge for a lot of people to get paid, thus it helps a lot of people. But I can't say it's the best, though a reputable one.

yeah it happened with me as well in the past but these days i am not getting any payment so no such issue. There Customer support takes a lot of our time and still they were unable to solve our problems. They need more man power and experienced folks who can handle issues easily.

I was having problems with PayPal when I first started my online business. I started using Skrill then. However nowadays I use only PayPal and I have not had any issues since. In fact the staffs promptly addressed some of my queries.

I am glad that you haven't faced any issues like that. Actually its like a pain which we never want to experience and also wastes our crucial time.

I understand that you are angry, but I do not know any other person that had some bad experience with this payment processor. They are always totally correct with all their members and users. I am sure that they will give your money back to you if you are right and if you was not doing anything wrong.

I have a good experience using PayPal since 2014, I get paid easily for my online tasks and easily transfer my money to bank and also can send to my friends who lives in different country so I don't have negative review about paypal

I've been using paypal as a way of receiving money from different money making methods online though it's just a small amount. Haven't had a single bad experience with paypal even if my account is not verified and i'm still able to cash it out using a certain cashout method. Wishing that i may not encounter those problems stated by OP in the near future.

Their exchange rate is horrible for Indian users. For example here in India we have 1 USD = 64 INR as REALTIME price. But the Paypal exchange rate is 1 USD = 61 INR. So where are those 3 INR. That is the money being eaten up in exchange by the paypal. Also the transaction cost is higher with the paypal. So that can be a bit harder to consider as well from what I have seen.

I am so sorry to hear this one. In more than one year of using Paypal as my method of getting money to some online jobs that I am working into I never had a bad experience with them. In fact I am satisfied on the service that Paypal provides for me.

I heard some bad experience just like this to some people I know, that is why I don't let my money stay for a long time in Paypal I always transfer it to my bank account whenever I reached my desired amount to avoid too much charges.

In my limited experience the vast majority of online companies rate from bad to stinking horrid. The problem is that, lacking a physical presence, it's very difficult to go argue your case with them if something goes wrong, or threaten them with legal action. On the other hand, if all goes well, then you're happy as can be, and believe that the company you're doing business with is the epitome of good business ethics. (Good luck with that one!!)

A bad company, in my opinion, is GOOGLE, and I think you'll agree with me if you've ever known someone who arbitrarily had their Adsense account nuked. (Check the terms of service for Adsense, and you'll see that GOOGLE has the right to revoke your account at any time, for any reason, with no available means of recourse on your end. What a great business arrangement to enter into, huh?)

A stinking horrid company is Bluehost, and all the other cruddy hosting companies owned by Endurance International Group, (which includes HostGator, iPage, and many others).

PayPal would most likely just fall in the "bad" category, so I would disagree with you that they are the worst company on the internet. They are just following the standard online practice of giving ludicrously terrible customer service.

I use PayPal, and to date I haven't had any issues with them. But I would certainly NEVER keep a lot of money in my PayPal account, and I know that at a moment's notice they could decide to arbitrarily screw me out of any money I have stored with them.

When dealing with ANY online company you are making money with, transfer your money into your LOCAL bank account as soon as feasible.

Yeah, I just went on a long rant to say basically the same thing as Keenan21. But it's good advice, so it deserves to be repeated!

I have not experienced this, so far, from PayPal. I have heard few who have problems regarding their accounts but with different situations. PayPal has strict rules so it's good to read them to avoid these things happening.

PayPal is not perfect but it's far from being the worst. I'm pretty sure you got charge backs and blocked for a reason.
There are many alternatives to PayPal but it's the most convenient processor basically because you can use it on many sites when you shop unlike other processors which can be used only for gambling and other shady practices..

Under this serious circumstances, you should call them not message them. Did you try calling them? Paypal has worker for their customer service in each country

Personally, Paypal have helped me gain back my lost fund to a bunch of scammers who tried to helped me advertise my previous small business in a community which they didn't managed to deliver as guarantee by them. When I demand a refund the group of clown ignored my appeal. Good thing I have proof of their agreement print screen which they later removed from their facebook attachment to allure their customers.

In the end I got my refund and they received a black record medal as scammers.

I hear that sellers have all kind of a problems with the Paypal because of the return policy and personally I wouldn't use that service to get my payments.
You better just forget it and try some other options.

PayPal is the only thing where I can on his card to withdraw money and with it up to an ATM, we're the only ones who don't like the table has a very large fee and to pay online with him and a lot of good things allows paypal.

i never had bad experience with paypal. its fast and easy way to get paid. may be something went wrong with your account ask support. hope so they will answer.
