I mean is it advisable to have more than one PayPal account under the same name? I know we can add multiple bank accounts to the same PayPal account. But what if I open different PayPal accounts for different bank accounts. Will there be a policy violation by doing so?

I have been using PayPal quite long now and I have only one PayPal account. I wonder if we can have more than one account so that if there is an issue with one account we can use the other one.

I have multiple accounts on Paypal, its all 3 accounts. The other one I used for receiving payments on a GPT sites but its not verified. I have no access to that account now because I forgot the password and also forgot the password of the email I used with that account. Now I have only 2 accounts, its Personal and Business that is verified.

I hear that we can connect one verified PayPal account up to 5 different email adress. Is that true? Can sender know that it sends money on same account if you provide him two email adrress?

I have 5 emails attached to my PayPal, but if I send money from any email it shows the same name on the transaction. so I assume then sender to any email would see the same name on his transaction too. However, you could have multiple PayPal account under different names and emails.

Thanks for info. But for second solution I need multiple bank accounts and cards to verified each account so that is bigger problem. I will stick so far on 1 account connected to one bank account.

I think that having multiple PayPal accounts is prohibited in my point of view, It is not wise to do that even though we have a lot of bank accounts. Better to refrain form having it because we might get banned from doing it.

Since PayPal authorise a user to have at least two PayPal accounts for different purposes that is, business and personal account then I am of the opinion that they should allow the two PayPal emails be linked to a single account since the two PayPal serve different purposes.
