Test IO is a website that pays the members for finding bugs in websites or mobile applications. They have their own GUI for reporting bugs. They also define the format of the test report.

To become a tester, you need to pass the qualification test. The first step is to register with the website as a tester. You will soon get a link to a website. You have to report 3 bugs about the website by following all their instructions. If all your bugs are approved, you will be approved. You have two days to finish this test. There is a second chance if you fail the first test.

(I registered and tried the test. I could find only one bug. So I could not proceed further.)

The site is great but the tough part is to actually test websites/apps and be able to find and submit the acceptable bugs. I was able to report a few bugs in the onboarding test but it has become really hard with actual testing. I will keep trying anyway.

I joined this site some time ago but failed to take the test. Though I have found some bugs, those were not accepted for testing purpose. One of my friends has been doing well on this site, and I think it'd be good to give it a try.

I failed in those technical test too after a few attempts, maybe I am not master in such area.After a while, the site never send me invitation for any test, perhaps the tester it needs is enough for normal operation. And, I should focus on my strength too, perhaps.
