I am from India and here there are many restrictions regarding the usage of PayPal. Like you cannot spend any money deposited on your account, it will immediately be withdrawn to your bank account etc.
So can i open an account in another country with lax requirements? I don't wanna withdraw to any bank account just want to spend the money shopping online.

Why would you want to risk your funds because when once the bots noticed this,your account would automatically be limited,and you'll be asked to verified your account and without this,you could lose your funds.I will prefer you use another payment processor that is legal in your country since it just about purchasing online.

You can open a PayPal account from anywhere in the world but the challenge is the verification and limitations paypal will grant you. Once you are off PayPal legitimate regions your PayPal account will be useless.

You can open PayPal in another country but you will have to fill the details of that country and adress too.

When I first opened PayPal in 2015, I opened a US PayPal by mistake. It is later on this year when I checked my account and realised I did not use my country's link to open PayPal. So I had to delete and open another PayPal account.

So I believe it is possible to open PayPal from another country and change details later.

Some countries PayPal isn't available, so using a VPN or a proxy could be a option. Use real information, not false if PayPal decide they want further information to keep there company safe. Most countries have access to PP.

I totally agree with you at @infected,a friend just open a south Africa PayPal using a VPN and he has been using it without stress the most important thing is using it with the right information and of course there shouldn't be any dubious activities associated with it.

I dont think this is possible. They will track your IP and you cannot change your country. The only way I can see is if you have someone you can trust to manage your paypal account.

It sounds like something illegal but I'm sure of people that own PayPal accounts in different countries. You can do that without verifying the account but it is like cheating the system do try not to get caught.

Having an unverified paypal account will limit you from using it on many sites. Most of the sites especially earning sites required a verified paypal account before they allow you to work for
them.

My brother has one in the US that he still uses without any problems, but he opened his up long before moving to the Philipines. I think that is most likely the only way you can get away with it. Other ways I've heard is to have a friend from out of the country open one for you

Yeah its possible and I know many members from Nigeria who have US verified PayPal to receive payments but I am not aware, how they are able to withdraw their earnings as they cannot add a bank account or card to it.

From what I have heard you can open paypal account in another nation if you are working in that nation. But otherwise they may flag that account and you may end up not working properly on the transaction limit basis and also potential ban on account. I personally prefer to use the paypal on my own country. I have no plans on doing this external country account.

It better to use another payment processor maybe like payoneer than trying to manipulate PayPal because you might run into problems with them if you are detected. And again you might not be able to verify your account since you will a card with information of the stated country to verified your account. So avoid a ban and do the right thing.

Well even I face the same situation , that's why I don't create verified PayPal account , I am from India too. Lot of restrictions on Indian people to use PayPal. You cannot create PayPal account from another country , they may stop your account even if you use vpn or other tricks.

It is better to find alternative to PayPal instead of using short cut that can make PayPal to freeze your money at any time . As much as limitations from PayPal is not a good one , if our limitation is like that of India it will be better. We can't recieve but we can send and also spend

I guess you can buy an account from someone who made it in an allowed country and start using it normally in your country like you are that user who moved to india from his native country .

It could be possible if the country you are moving into doesn't have any issue PayPal and it operation. They could ask for verification for change of location.

I have a friend who moved to another country and he encountred no problems at all, he was able to use his paypal and even pay in euro instead of dollar, there was even no confirmation email , so i guess that's completely fine i guess .

Very likely it is because the country he moved from has no issue with PayPal so PayPal may not see his change of IP address as a threat or via VPN.

Sadly you can't do this because paypal will detected it also they need to confirm your paypal account with a credit card which has the same country as you
I advice you to use other payments methods for now and forget for paypal
ors get a credit card from your local bank and open one
