Stay aways from this payment processor, after I got couple chargebacks on eBay they blocked/ frozen my account, I cannot open my Paypal account, money are blocked, my small business is ruined. And they ignore my messages. Fuc* you PayPal!

Paypal is known worldwide so it has a good reputation. I'm new to Paypal but so far I like their services and the good thing about it they accept a virtual debit card. They will only block your account if they find some illegal activities, so be very careful when using it.

I wouldn't be so sure. A friend of mine had her account blocked yesterday for no reason - yes, the only thing she did on that account is that she received 8$, literally those were her only transactions. The first and only thing that came to my mind is that she used a proxy, because her network obliges her to to do that for the internet to work, but it's still annoying to have to provide sensitive documents just like that.

You can also check some issues with people on the internet (try googling "paypal limited for no reason"), it seems the situation isn't as bright as it looks from the ordinary buyer/online earner perspective. Even Mr B had some issues with them and couldn't pay BMF members in the 2nd half of December because of that.

I like PayPal because it's paying in almost all countries and even smaller amounts as well but I don't like the way they charge a very hefty fee from us even at bigger payments. They should deduct lesser fee on bigger payments.

I may not know where you are located but certainly I use Paypal and so far no hefty fee occur for payment of merchandise purchased. Unless you are referring to money sending or remittance.

I think you haven't got paid from Beermoneyforum and other such websites. When you request payment they charge hefty fee everytime even at bigger amounts which shouldn't be much i guess

PayPal is good for me. I can receive payments from any part of the world. We need to pay some fee and it's nominal also

Oh, okay maybe I'm not fully aware of other's situation in Paypal. Does your friend have tried to contact Paypal and reason out about the proxy thing? She might be able to recover her account for giving a reasonable explanation. Paypal tried to call me a week ago because I had concerns about them, unfortunately, I was not able to answer the call because I was already sleeping so it means that they're entertaining your concerns and they will try to resolve it. Try to email them and they might call to clarify things.

PayPal is Best suited for me as I used to work on different projects for that I used to receive payments through PayPal. I think there fee is better then others

Okay this is new, Paypal is the most popular payment processor and many sites only use Paypal as their payment method. I did hear many feedbacks about them being strict and frozen/ limit some accounts for some reasons (such as getting a chargeback request or using family payment method to pay for a service), or sometimes for no reason at all. I haven't had a problem with them, but they do have a very strict policy, better not messing around with them. If you get your account frozen/ limited, you're pretty stuck already, all you can do is to contact their support and hope for the best.

Excuse me my dear but if u got many charges I would back may give u a hint that u have proplem, may be u can solve it first cuz its just unnormal, may be u have a proplem with stuff or service sold

I Won't say its worst but they can make some changes to be no. 1 but they are not trying for that. Fees is higher even at higher payments which makes me feel pissed off some time.

Inhave never had any bad experience from paypal, if there have been a problem with your account, maybe there is wrong with the details that you used.

I recently cashedout from Payza and it charged extra fees of 4.5%, so fees is not that everyone can be pleased; however conversion rate of Paypal is worst if we compare it to other processors.

So I notice you never seem to tell us why you got chargebacks. I've used PayPal for 12 years with no problems whatsoever. I've bought and sold many things through eBay and never had a chargeback occur. Since PayPal doesn't just randomly lock accounts, it sounds like it is something YOU did to cause it. Tough luck.

It is important we should know the reason of what happened, PayPal have a good history also; and moreover many sites, including BMF, they pay only via PayPal, so if we have to earn, there is less possibility of "staying away" from paypal.

There are chances that paypal may lock in case of chargeback. And also in some cases paypal also locks if they see too many transaction from same source. I know many got locked their account for like 10 transaction in from the same source. Something about the paypal often is a bit harder to predict. We can't say it worked for us means it was good to begin with.

They are now charging a huge fee when doing a transaction, I'm now trying to remove my funds from my PayPal because of this fees and transfer it to my BTC account.

Yes now the earning have definitely damaged with their percentage is 2.9% and .40cents for the asian users. I am not sure what the charges are for the US and Canada users. I have not yet realized that how much would be business be damaged with this. Imagine getting chargeback. It can be pretty frustrating too.

I have read a couple of bad reviews about PayPal but I know it can resolved in no time if the right documents needed are uploaded. I'm just starting out and never had any problem with PayPal. If you have issues contact support.

Paypal charge big alright but if not Paypal, what payment avenue would you success? Paypal is the brand I've trusted since I've started earning online. I think still Paypal is the GOAT.

I know how frustrating it will be
You just have to keep contacting them so far you have no problem from your end
Never heard of any issue with them though

Some people intentionally violate PayPal rules and regulations but they will come to the forum to share their own side of the story, I am not saying paypal is 100% but most times people are at fault.
