Follow Along Instagram Theme Pages - Journey to 100 Dollars per Month

Hello everyone, ARandomHustler here! I was watching some YouTube when I came across a few channels talking about Instagram theme pages. It intrigued me, so I decided to look into it. I'll explain it in a few words for those of you who don't already know what an Instagram theme page is.
An Instagram theme page is a page about a certain topic. I will use dogs as an example because that is what I created my page around. What theme pages do is they post content related to a topic to get followers. To get followers, I will be using a follow-for-follow strategy, where I basically just follow people who have liked dog content similar to mine. I've followed 905 people, and I've gotten 215 followers. That means that about 23% of people that I follow will follow back. Apparently, that's a pretty good ratio from what I hear. Now, I know that you're probably thinking, 'Wow this is great, but what's in it for me?' Great question!
You see, once a theme page gets somewhat big (20,000-30,000 followers), they start to get people messaging them asking for promotion requests. Promotion requests are when someone reaches out to you and offers to pay you money to post something. They want you to promote a product/service related to what you post on your page for money. It takes some work to get to this amount of followers, but it's definitely possible with some consistency. I wouldn't even say it's hard work - It's just finding content to post and posting it, then maybe doing some follow-for-follow for about 15 minutes per day.

The main factor to getting a successful page is not working super hard. It's working at it for months and months. There is only one thing that will give you an advantage over the other thousands of theme pages in your niche. The fact that you keep at it and don't give up! Guess what? I'm not going to give up! I am going to keep at this for months, and share my progress with you guys! This is just the beginning in what I hope to be a journey that I can take you guys along with.

Here is the page if you'd like to keep up with my progress (I haven't posted in two days, yikes! I am getting back into it now!):

I would also appreciate if you would not comment anything in the page about BMF because it could kill the page if the comments aren't about dogs!

I am suggesting you to choose another niche and not dogs. There are a lot of competition out there especially with dogs, cats, food, gyms etc etc.
While I think that you are right in some manners, at the same time there is also a lot of opportunity with people who make these types of accounts. This person isn't doing bad at all with his following, and I think he's doing perfectly fine

I am just suggesting not to target saturated niches and doing the same thing everyone does. Better spend your time on something out of the box and not on something that is happening a lot of years before. For example, I was using IG to target a music band that I liked not so famous at that time, and there wasn't a lot of IG accounts targeting the same niche. I was getting messages from fans thinking I am the official band IG ?

I guess that you are right in some ways, while not getting into an oversaturated market, you should still get into a niche that is fairly popular.
