I know this method is so old, but I just want to know if it's still profitable running traffic exchange bots on vps to promote my links for cpm. Please let me know. Thank you very much.

I'm currently running 4 vps and it is profitable. You just have to use your own method since it will pay more

well the websites and platforms are more than sophisticated to detect the amount of traffic you will be deriving to their platforms and remember its the age and year of 2021 not the 1900's so its better build on real traffic and grow with it

It's a common misconception that running a traffic exchange bot on a VPS is still profitable for CPM. In reality, this strategy is not very effective anymore and can even get you banned from some platforms. Traffic exchange sites have become much more sophisticated at detecting bots, and most of them don't allow you to use a bot to generate traffic.
