I am a first time user of XcelTrip and would like to highlight the horrible experience. I am planning a holiday with my family. And I booked my hotel with XcelTrip by crypto currency. I was sold a sub standard hotel as a 5 star hotel and the cheapest room in that hotel. XcelTrip is not canceling the booking, now saying that this is a non refundable booking and that I was informed the same and that the entire hotel booking amount will be forfeited.

I have been mailing and calling XcelTrip office 10 times a day with no response from them. Please do not ever use this site they are the most horrible company. Please save your hard earned money so that you do not have to go on a forced vacation.

Reports are ok, but can you further strengthen your bad report with screen shots? screen shot of your payments, screen shot of the room, the appliances, etc. otherwise this is just another accusation.

can you post payment proofs? emails sent, messages etc to back up your accusations?

That a very horrible experience I must said especially as a first time user. I have used their services over time for both flights and hotels booking with however, a different experience.
