you're not using any vpn, proxy or tor?
the ip address might be banned since some are abusing their website?
are you using a static or random ip?
my isp is globe.com.ph wifi
and im able to login

This situation is really weird and very isolated. Currently I have I have 5 referrals on this website
2 from Morocco, 2 from The Philippines, and 1 from United States.
Usually customer support replies within 24 to 48 hours and post or update this thread the moment i received updates or some explanation from them.
