If I am not mistaken, CashZine was developed by a Malaysia company, perhaps that's why the app is only made available for Malaysians and Singaporeans, as they are paying via bank transfer. They might need other process if they are to pay via PayPal. Perhaps in future, if they add in PayPal option, they can make the app available to other countries as well.

You may check if there is any similar app for your country. I read that there's one news reading app for Indians too.
