I'm using two sites, Adhitz and Popunder. They accept new sites, don't require any verification. Just generate and ad code on site. So far I have slow traffic and my earnings are very, very slow.

popcash and popads both accept websites of every kinds though popcash has more scammy ads as compared to popads

also popads is much better in terms of payment to the publishers , 90%+ fill rates where in popcash it goes considerably down sometimes and you don't see ads on your blog as a result

I used CPMLeader.com and it does not require any verification at all. However, they don't really accept blogspot sites unless it's high quality and they pay extremely low.

But at least their minimum payout is just $5 to Paypal.

I was going to say popads , but they hardly count your traffic until it converts in leads , they are a shaver company , untrustworthy , use skimlinks its turn every affiliate link and counts all conversions accurately

You can try propellerads. They don't request for any requirement. There is this one that I did used like 5 years ago and was paying well then. They still exist but now when I tried to use it I did not get paid for the ads shown on my website. It's name is yllix. You can also try it if it will work for you.
