UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?
  • Like all sites, you must first join.
  • Here you can only join with your email address and password.
  • The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
  • They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
  • The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
  • They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
  • They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
  • This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.
How Do The Tests Work?
  • The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
  • The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
  • Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
  • You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
  • You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
  • You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
  • Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
  • You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
  • You need to request your payment from the company.
  • It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.
The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone joined this site and how do you like it since it was rebranded?

I have received my first payment in usabilityhub. It takes me months to reach this minimum (10USD) since I started in October last year. I got only 9.80USD since 2 responses according to them I failed to meet minimum standards according to their quality guidelines. So guys....unacceptable responses also impact your rating as a tester, so take care to give every test your best effort.

Congratulations on you payment @Pimoo that's encouraging i have join them recently and Since last week I am getting low test. So I guess it will take time to reach me to payout.it is slow earning but looks like the task are so easy and 10 $ is quite good amount to cashout .

Congratulation on your payment. I was also skeptical on some tests, which I was also notified by others on this thread recently, I think my payment wouldn't be $10 when I cash out either.

No. I have stopped checking on them long time ago. I realized that the site is much better be open on laptop or pc than on mobile, because on mobile
you have no choice but to manually visit the site.
I haven't experienced trying it out on mobile so I can't compare them. But so far I have now $1.5 there are some tasks that worth 2 credits.

That is a good start, you are there
for less than a month right? so that is not bad, i have heard that some can reach the minumum threastholdin a couple if months like 3 months.

I get very angry to this website , i have signed up and then it writes wait ,no tests are waiting for responses,, for one week they did not give me any job , but it is nothing , what pissed me off is that i can't delete my account , there is no option , they have deleted that option .

I don't.have any idea about this site...I want to know..who.are work.this site.. please help.me..give me.some information about this site I.want join.this site..

All the information that you need are here on the discussion. but let me tell you a brief information. Usabilityhub sends little that you will need to do to get credits. Most of the time they will send designs of clothes, website logo and many more. From those images you will need to choose which will fit the best from the description given by them, and after that you will get credit atleast equivalent to 0.1$, minimum withdrawal is 100 credits (10$).

If it's easy to earn on this website then I will give it a go soon or may be today as I feel we can earn well if we spend more time on these sort of websites but we need to complete the tests soon.

Are they sending some tests that paying higher than before? As I remember, they used to pay 1 credit for 1 single test but now there are some tests that pay 2 credits.

I'm not much aware about it. I am yet to join this website but I'm feeling positive about it and will try to do better with that and hope i can earn some money from there

That is giod to know, I am also seeing some people talking about task that pays than the usual 1 credit, this will help the member to add and easily reach the payout.

Yes right, I'm also glad that they increase credit for some tests, the only problem is that images sometimes take quite a long time to load, I don't know what the problem is.

Good morning as far as notification If only the notifs are updated for mobile users, I would love to continue working on the site. But most of the time i do not receive it on my mobile also sometimes.

It would be hard to work on this site if you don't have a PC or laptop since they don't have app yet and the notification will not appear on the phone, while the tests are very quickind to expire, it'so very hard for you to get a test

Yes, I have joined less than a month so even if it's slow earninng I still got the chance to earn from them. It's kind of hard to reach the minimum payout for like one month unless you're going to monitor your

unless you are always on your laptop. Maybe for those who are
working daily feom their laptop, they can monitor the task being sent by usability hub.

Yes, me for example, my laptop runs all day and to be honest without it I will be in a lot of trouble. I just use my phone for some rewarding apps.

It is actually better to work on laptop, not just for usabilityhub but also for some survey sites, it can work better like for example on GmT.
