It's no News that the president is blank and don't have an iota of idea about the E naira,all this is just to share the ban on cryptocurrency which in turn is still progressing.

Its really a good development for me , because launching of the enaira app would give platform for people to save their monetary asset in the app and also for trabsactionary purpose

I am yet to wrap my mind around how the enaira would work. Will it be on exchanges available for trading or is it just purely for local transactions.

If i was from there i wouldn't use this for what they did with crypto currency taking away the possible earning opportunity for the people

This is a great news for Nigeria and africa by and large.Over and over again I have emphasized that such evolutionary ideas are needed for africa.But the question is why not just allow the leading cryptocurrency to be the legal tender in Nigeria and bring BTC automated teller machines.

Hoping to see what this development will bring for Nigeria and africa as in terms of its role in Cryptocurrency pioneer efforts.

I would love to see this e-naira incorporated into cryptocurrency exchanges. It would ease things for people as well as give the government some semblance of power over these transactions.

that will be when the Central Bank of Nigeria has approved the use of cryptocurrency for transactions can easily be Incorporated.

This is very good news for the Nigerians. The launching of CBDC is truly a great development, they are the first African country to do this. However, I wish they could unban crypocurrencies.

I believe with time and I have heard a report of the committee comprise of fintechs in Nigeria , cryptocurrencies will be unban soon .

Even if you don't trust them, it won't hurt to hope the project succeeds. If it goes smoothly, it's the citizens who will find it easier to carry out transactions.
