Last year there was a major hack on the ledger hardware wallet, which resulted in the information of many of its users being compromised and there were a lot of losses to the users as well. in a recent development however, it seems that this leaked data is not over, as the scammers are now using this data to try and send scam hardware wallets to users via email and in this way trying to scam them of more crypto.

Is it possible for cold wallets to also be hacked? This will pose a lot of problems to both the producers and users of Ledger. I hope this can be resolved soon

Ledger is a hardware wallet so from my understanding this will be very different from a cold wallet which is not connected to the internet at all at any point. That is typically for long term investments. I think that cold wallets are more secure than a hardware wallet.
