You're right, altcoins seem to increase in value these days. They're cheaper to buy so their value tend to increase with time.
On the other hand,they tend to lose value in a short time too.

True but the challenge in most cases is the time it will take for the new coin to rise to an amount at which one was able to make a reasonable gain, say 30% at least

It doesn't take that much time , if I can recall accurately chainlink rise about 451% in less than 3 months , the same thing applicable to YFI coins.

Due to raise in altcoins, investment is at lower stage, everyday new coins and tokens are added to market, so investment is dividing. Most of the investment happens in value of bitcoin and altcoin itself, so their value increase and decrese as per market demand.

Yeah but despite the ratio at which investment is dividing due to the inflow of new coin bitcoin price is still not too bothered , the reason why am scared of those altcoins is that they fall easily and rise easily , some fall 70% in a week
