Publish0x Reviews – SCAM or LEGIT?

Posted on

Publish0x is a blogging platform where both readers and blog writers will earn cryptocurrencies every time they read or write an article. The reader will have to initialize the tipping process and is located at every bottom of a blog. When the reader tips the blogger, the tip is split between two of them. The tip comes from the rewards pool and therefore it’s free to tip. When you first sign up, you will be allowed to apply to become an author.

The cryptocurrencies that can be tip are: Bitcoin, Etherium, XRP, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, EOS, Binance Coin, Stellar, Tron, Cardano, and Basic Attention Token. The tip sharing is defaulted at 80% to author or blogger and 20% to the tipper, so it pays you to tip as well. The more blogs you have read the more earnings you can earn because you tip them. Just make sure to tip bloggers who post quality blogs and not just for the sake of earning cryptocurrencies so your tips are useful enough and profitable for you and the blogger.

Technical Specifications

They got their domain name registered on year 2018 from NameCheap, Inc., using Whois Guard, Inc.’s domain whois anonymity services and currently hosted at Digital Ocean. You can easily duplicate this type of platform by creating a wordpress multi user blog and then install a plugin called Cryptocurrency Donation Box, it will be like a cryptocurrency faucet donation box plugin and you need to have a micro-wallet where you can deposit and fund the cryptos that you support. At time of this writing the rewards pool are personally sponsored by the creators of this platform. This is not at first look is sustainable since the creators needed to advertise or get some sponsors to sustain the rewards pool from them, otherwise like all rewards pool, these can be drained. For now they’re main and only source of income is brave.com’s tips for them. The creators don’t suggest any micro-wallet but they propose mycrypto which will download all your ETH ERC-20 tokens on your computer. So this made me more confused because they published bitcoin and bitcoin cash as one of their cryptocurrency tips which is not ETH ERC-20 tokens. The blog posts by bloggers are likely to hold ranges of number of words like 300 words to 500 words which is easy to do but it has to be unique.

Company Behind

It’s interesting to note that in their terms of service and privacy policy they are linking to Google’s Terms of Services and Google’s privacy policy which is not accepted in the legal sense. So if payouts are delayed, the users can put fault and blame on Google. It’s a negative practice. The most common accepted legal practice is create your own terms of service specific and unique to your website and also create your privacy policies, there are tools out there which will create one unique for your website. Each website is unique so Google is different from this website and your website. I don’t see any company behind and they’re not transparent enough in their domain whois, so I’m assuming and guessing that this is an individual with lots of rich friends to get cryptocurrencies from or a very rich individual who is just happy to give away crypto currencies. The said individual or groups does not promote any belief, either belief in God or absence of God.

Statistics – At Time Of Writing

They have 33, 981 registered users, 3,527 blogs created, 30,175 blog posts made, 1,116,682 tips given, worth U.S.$15,865.13

Making Money with Publish0x

To make money here is to be both a reader and a blogger if the system or platform allows it. If you want to remain as a reader, I think you might earn much as there’s a chance since it’s faster and easier to become a reader than a blogger and always set the tips to be 80% for you and 20% for the blogger, if the system allows, because it’s settable. The more active you put your effort in reading the more chance you can tip the authors and repeating the process will earn you more. While on the other hand if you like to become a blogger, you need to write high-quality articles with minimum words of three hundred words or more, and you need for someone to read your blog and tip you. So a lot of them like if not all, are good reads and deserving of tips. So that’s my money-making tips about this blogging platform.

PROS and CONS:

PROS:

– For beginners: Instead of hosting your own wordpress paying your own way alone, host you blog on this platform

CONS:

– Soon they need to find some sponsors or advertisers so the rewards pool they’re using will not be drained
