Actually these traffic exchange sites are a waste of bandwidth, I may think you are saying about traffic swarm, but still not sure whether it is auto or manual traffic exchange site.
Use those credits to promote something for CPM ads so you can make some money.

Easyhits4u is an old site that is useful for PTC sites, My suggestion is just leave the site and don't waste your time for looking at the referrals.
CPM stuff would be good but they won't accept such type of crap traffic. PTP sites are accepted in those days and all of them are dead currently.

But is there anything useful at all I can spend the credits on? It's not like I spend any time surfing myself, and just get the credits for free. So surely it is better they go somewhere rather than just mount up.

I honestly the traffic is not a worth at all and understood that you free credits from referrals. Long ago you can make money from those credits, but at this time those programs may dead. Here is a site that shows make money using sharecash plus easyhits4u.

Traffic Exchange credits are worthless. If you are running Google Ads, you are likely to be banned for directing PTC traffic. If you are only thinking about number, traffic exchange can appear good, but traffic from traffic exchange does not result in better revenue.

The whole concept might be wonderful for some people on one end. However, the people getting traffic might find it is low quality. For instance, I doubt if the people surfing find most of the websites interesting. Perhaps they are just surfing for money. Can anyone prove me wrong? I am so upset that the option to cashout with Paypal is suspended. I will only earn 3 dollars with them and the fee to cashout from Payza to my bank account costs 15 dollars. For sure I can find other sites that pays with their currently available Payment processes. I heard it is Paypal's fault because they were suspending even PTC's with good reputation. I hope the suspension will be lifted because Paypal is the only Payment processor acceptable for me.

I used their services when I was active in PTCs. But the real issue is that there are no buyers in a traffic exchange site. Every body is after advertising their products and services and hardly pay attention to what is being advertised. They play the ad only to earn the free credits. So there are no buyers, but only sellers.

Moreover, I think Google Adsense is against the use of traffic exchange and PTC sites as they focus on organic traffic. Google needs real audience who are interested in the products being advertised. So they usually ban account if a member is found to use traffic exchange or PTC to advertise sites that are linked to Adsense.
